A panoramic, wide and paved road, 10 km (12 minutes by car) from the port of Adamas can reach the area of Provatas and il Cappero. Provatas is part of the area of Milos called Xalaka. It is a protected area included in the European project -NATURA 2000- approved for the protection of nature and fauna.
Il Cappero is a private residence, a villa on the South coast of the island of Milos, overlooking the bay of Provatas and its golden beach. It is on a large plot with one of the most beautiful sea views of Milos and the Aegean Sea. The land is cultivated with Mediterranean trees and flowers, and capers.
The room is independent of the rest of the house.
This accommodation, FOR TWO PEOPLE, with either a double bed or two singles, is located in the lower part of the villa, and is equipped with its own bathroom and shower with box, air conditioning, fridge, hairdryer, large closets, WI-FI, and the provisions needed to prepare breakfast or a cold meal.
For a relaxing holiday, away from traffic
The exterior of the room has a courtyard / terrace of 100 square meters for the exclusive use of our guests, well equipped and with pergola to shade the hot sun. An external shower and sink offer additional comfort.
The garden is over 1000 m2, planted with olive trees and Mediterranean plants. A large, scented pepper tree shades the courtyard.
Independent entrance into the villa and parking wherever you want.
The best beaches accessible from Il Cappero
In the Southern area of Milos, there are three of the most beautiful beaches of the island: Fyriplaka, Tzigrado and Provatas, as well as numerous other small coves. Meltemi, the Cycladic wind blowing from the North from the end of July to the end of August only softly reaches the Southern beaches of the island; therefore, the sea of these beaches is normally calm. The beautiful beaches of Paliohori and Agia Kiriakì are about 10 km. away.
