This recent villa is located in the South Western part of the island of Milos, in the quiet and secluded area of NATURA 2000, the European Project to protect the nature and fauna. The real estate property area is about 15 km. from the port of Milos, 10 from its airport, and is accessed via the large road, mostly paved, leading to the Western part of Milos. By car, 25 min. away from Adamas and all the Southern beaches.
Scattered villas are in the area, all of recent construction, with very little road traffic, nature all around and goats passing by.
The land property measures 4,336 m2, facing the sea from a distance of about 400m at a height of 200mt. for a wide view of the Aegean Sea and the Southern coast. All the property is delimited by a stone wall and two separate electrical steel gates lead to each of the two dwellings.
The two units are separated by garden areas, some 25 mt one from the other. For a better understanding we will refer to Unit A and Unit B. Both houses measure 128 m2 each.
UNIT A
The house was finished in 2022, it is by then used by the owner and therefore usable

The upper floor consists of the living room and kitchen, one modern and comfortable bathroom, a sleeping room and 2 cloakrooms.
The lower floor consists of 2 sleeping rooms, 2 bathrooms, one cloakroom, one room with
technical installations. See drawing for its layout. The lower floor has its own separate entrance. Outside there is a covered porch, a shower, a large closed storing area, a 4 m bench hosting a wood oven, a BBQ, faucet and all the necessary to enjoy cooking and eating outside. A garage completes the outside facilities.
Double glass windows, fixtures, secure doors, ceramic tiles, modern kitchen, fireplace, air conditioners, furniture and all are of high quality.
UNIT B
This second unit is under completion (baths kitchen and fixtures, paint are not completed). This dwelling, also on two levels, with an inside staircase, is conceived as a single house. The upper floor consists of a large living room, comfortable kitchen and one bathroom. The lower floor consists of 2 sleeping rooms , 2 bathrooms, one cloakroom and one technical room.
Both houses have independent water sterns for domestic use and garden watering.
The garden is planted with Mediterranean plants, fruit trees and flowers.
